James has worked across both the UK property market and the California real estate market, bringing an international perspective to risk assessment, regulatory compliance and client communication that few surveyors in the south of England can offer. Now based in Dorset, he works across the South Coast, the Home Counties and London, combining regional expertise with a broader understanding of what high-value and complex property instructions demand.
