Each role is discussed and agreed on its own merit, however permanent recruitment for us is done in two ways:
Contingent & Retained.
Contingent is no upfront payment, and we are only paid once a candidate is sourced and placed.
Retained, a % of the fee is paid upfront, and the rest is collected once a candidate has been sourced. Typically, we are hired on retainer for high level, C suite, confidential recruitment.
